Step 1: Check the Official Page
Every guide starts at the developer official page. We check that the page still describes the same app, the same three steps, the same requirements, and the same keeps list that our guides describe. If the official page changes, the guide changes with it. A guide that drifts from its source is rewritten, not patched with a guess.
Step 2: Test on Real Devices
We test the flow on real hardware: an Android phone and a Google TV on the same Wi-Fi. The test walks connect, analyse, and clean in order, checks the keeps list against the apps a household uses, and confirms that undo works for one app and for everything. Tests run on five handsets in the wider review bench: a Samsung Galaxy A55 on Android 15, a Google Pixel 8 on Android 16, a Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro on Android 14, an Infinix Note 40 Pro on Android 14, and a Samsung Galaxy A13 on Android 12, with the TV flow itself checked on a real Google TV.
Step 3: Check the Link Before It Publishes
Before any download button goes up, we check that it points only to the developer official page, opens in a new tab, and carries no hosted file behind it. No other download destination is accepted for this app. A button that points anywhere else never publishes.
Step 4: Write the Verdict Last
The verdict is written after the testing, not before it. It names the limits plainly, including the TVs the app cannot help, and it recommends the app only inside those limits. If a test fails, the guide says so and the verdict reflects it.
